Providing Sustainable Employment by linking unskilled and unemployed BPL youth with industry, through skills enhancement and knowledge upgradation (capacity building) and, bring them above poverty line.

1. 1. To mobilize and identify BPL youth between the age group of 18-35 years who are in
       need of employment.
   
   
2. 2. To cover 100% rural BPL beneficiaries and provide placement to at least 75% of the       trained beneficiaries.
   
   
3. 3. To reach out to remotest part of the country covering LWE affected, tribal and backward
       districts constituting at least 1/3rd of the targeted beneficiaries.
   
   
4. 4. To promote participation of SC/ST/Minority and women to the maximum possible extent     in accordance to the project guidelines.
   
   
5. 5. To provide support and hand holding to the placed beneficiaries for at least one year
       after placement ensuring their retention in jobs.
