MANAGEMENT
RSMIT Education has created a multi-level structured set-up of for effective implementation of the prestigious SGSY Special Project. The project is guided by a think tank, managed by qualified and experienced project managers and implemented by a strong team of project officers who manage different activities at field level including the monitoring of training and mobilization activities.
The Team includes
Project Head – The Chairman of RSMIT education is the project head for the SGSY Special Project.
Project Director – is responsible for monitoring the progress of the project and complying with the guidelines of the SGSY (SP) and ensuring the training of trainers.
Zonal Managers – one for Maharashtra and the other for Jharkhand & Madhya Pradesh are responsible for identification of centers at block level, mobilization, conduct of courses and other related activities.
IT Manager – is responsible for implementation and maintenance of the SMART Software.
Administrative Manager – is responsible for ensuring the availability of courseware and conduct of assessment of candidates as and when scheduled.
Placement Manager – is responsible for developing liaisoning with companies and placement agencies for placement.
Accounts Manager– responsible for managing the funds related to the project.
